I can’t do without the thumb brace when working. It supports the thumb really well and I don’t have any pain in my thumb.I also wear gardening,any activity.I wash the thumb brace in the washing machine and it’s always perfect when dry.
I suffer from osteoarthritis in my hands and use this brace not for sport activities but as a support while walking my large dog and sometimes even for daily activities It reduced the level of pain I experienced in my thumb during our daily walks

I have Charcot Marie Tooth Disease and suffer bad foot drop. I have found these braces are the best ankle supports / foot drop. I have used them for about 10 years.
Excellent product and supports the knee joint very well while still allowing free movement. My knee joint would be very painful after only minor activity but all the pain went as soon as I fitted the brace and was able to do 1 1/2 hours of non-stop play. It fits snug with no slip or twisting and the sizing recommendation after measuring the knee is spot on for me. It is a bit more expensive than some others but well worth the investment if you want comfortable pain free knee joints.
