Where do I return a product for a refund?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brace Yourself c/- At Therapy 4B Ride Way, Rosedale Auckland New Zealand 0632 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What is your returns policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and re-saleable in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please call us and we will supply a refund number that you can supply with your returned item. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do you exchange products if they don't suit?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will supply you with an exchange/returns reference number.
Do you accept returns on SALE items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
When will I get my purchase?
Standard shipping time is 1-3 business days. We use NZ Couriers to ship all products. We ship from Albany, Auckland weekdays. All orders are dispatched in the weekday afternoons.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to addresses within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
How much is shipping?
We offer a standard rate of $9.50 for all items shipped within New Zealand.
How does sizing work on your products?
Sizing varies per product. Each brand does have its own sizing, however they follow reasonably standardised guides when it comes to sizing, so choose a size that best suits you generally. If you do have specific questions relating to sizing, feel free to call us on 0800 81 99 22.
