Product Questions & Sizing Info

Sizing varies per product. Each brand does have its own sizing, however they follow reasonably standardised guides when it comes to sizing, so choose a size that best suits you generally. If you do have specific questions relating to sizing, feel free to call us on 0800 81 99 22.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a standard rate of $5.00 for all items shipped within New Zealand.

Standard shipping time is 1-3 business days for the North Island and 3-5 days for the South Island.
Please note shipping will take longer if your address is rural delivery. 
We use NZ Couriers to ship all products. We ship from Albany, Auckland weekdays. All orders are dispatched in the weekday afternoons.

We ship to addresses within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and re-saleable in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please call us and we will supply a refund number that you can supply with your returned item. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items: Gift cards Some health and personal care items.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brace Yourself c/- At Therapy 4B Ride Way, Rosedale Auckland New Zealand 0632 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will supply you with an exchange/returns reference number.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
