Push Ortho Thumb Brace CMC

My left hand has gotten to the point where a steroid injection is being considered, so I bought this brace to try first. The support was obvious as soon as I put it on, and it eased the “can’t-use-it” type of pain quite a bit. It worked so well that I immediately ordered one for my right hand too, even though the right side isn’t as bad yet. The material is comfortable, the stability is great, and overall it’s been genuinely helpful for protecting my thumb and wrist.

I wear this brace throughout the day. It is so comfortable that I forget that I have it on. It has reduced the pain to almost Nil that I experience doing everyday tasks like driving, knitting and food preparation

I’m on my second right hand brace & am very grateful for the support given to my osteo. The hornets’ nest at the base of the thumb troubles me far less now and there’s a wider range of activities I can do freely. It would be good though to be able to replace the Velcro strap when it wears
