I have chronically injured and weak ankles, prone to rolling significantly. I’ve often sought a brace that offers proprioceptive feedback and compression that’s more than just a compression sleeve - this brace has fit the bill brilliantly.
A ideal ankle sleeve to offer the needed bio feedback, I feel more aware of where my ankles are in space than I ever have before.
The game changer is the removeable double loop attachment. It DID take me a hot minute to figure out how it went on, as the brace came with no info, but once I got it sorted it felt AMAZING! I took it for a couple kilometres walk and the removeable attachment unfortunately did come off several times. However for general wear around and about they have stayed on much better and I’m hoping with practice it’ll be fine.
Long story short, these socks are really great but a little tricky initially.
