Perfect Resistance and Versatility!

I've been using the TheraBand red color, and it's not too strong or too weak, making it perfect for both arm and leg exercises. Previously, I used a flat band without any loops, which was uncomfortable when wrapping it around my ankle or holding it with my hands. But this product has 9 loops, allowing for a variety of intensity levels and positions, which is really convenient. While it's a bit more expensive than the flat bands, it's definitely worth the price. I plan to purchase bands with higher resistance as well. Also, their customer service is really friendly and fast, which really impressed me!

Very handy having the loops - makes adjustments easier. Band is silky to touch.
