The smallest size which i have is too big so my foot moves too much.I have been using it every night hoping that it improves my plantar fascis but so far no change.Disappointed
My surgeon recommended this tape for my 30cm surgical scar. I used this 6 weeks after the healing stage to flatten my scar. Excellent results. I get so my comments about the tidy looking scar. Highly recommend
