The Educator is a simple, lightweight and easy to use pelvic floor exerciser that will help you understand and strengthen your pelvic floor.

How it works:

You'll attach the indicator wand to the body of the Educator.  Insert into your vagina and do your Kegel exercises.  As you contract your muscles, the indicator wand with follow the internal walls, so you'll know if you're doing it correctly.
